About Us

The East Midlands Surgical Academic Network is run by the General Surgical trainees in the East Midlands Deanery. This regional academic network was founded to aid local, regional and national collaborative research run by trainees in surgery.

In addition to participating in projects run by other academic networks and societies we also aim to support the local development of multi-centre research projects and trials.
